At NESLECTER LIMITED, your satisfaction is our priority. Based in Hong Kong and serving customers worldwide, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your clothing item, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original, unworn condition.
- With all original tags and packaging attached.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 30-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Sale items are only eligible for a refund if they are faulty.
