How to Use It?

You can use this cooling vest according to the order of 1-6 on the chart.The cooling vest has six pockets, how many pockets do you want to fill with ice packs then how many ice packs do you use.

• Open the ice pack and fill it with water.
• Fill the water to 400ml. You can also add different amounts of water if you feel that 400ml is too light or too heavy.
